HELLO, I'M raquita!
The Belle Rouge Company began in 2016 with a focus on women’s empowerment, using dance as the first expression of confidence and self-belief. That foundation of creative expression became the catalyst for everything that followed.
In 2018, Belle Rouge Photography emerged as a natural evolution of the brand. Self-taught in photography, years of hands-on creative work expanded into videography, graphic design, and creative strategy. Supported by a background in corporate finance and business, a strong attention to detail shaped an approach that helps clients create with ease and intention.
Today, The Belle Rouge Company is a creative house built on experience, intention, and thoughtful strategy. The work centers on helping individuals and organizations show up with clarity, confidence, and alignment.

Shan is a specialist in general portraits and branding. She enjoys cultivating experiences for future generations. Born and raised right here is Atlanta, she is one of the few true Atlantians I know!

Annelise specializes in storytelling through videography and editing. Whether she’s working on events, interviews, or podcasts, her goal is always to create content that feels genuine and engaging.
